BCG maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding any unsafe actions or behaviors in the workplace. As part of our commitment to safety, every BCG employee assigned to any job site is required to complete our comprehensive orientation program. Additionally, BCG has set a clear objective to ensure that all field crew members hold at least an OSHA 10-Hour training certification. Furthermore, it is important to note that nearly all of our BRC Foremen and Superintendents have achieved the more extensive OSHA 30-Hour training certification, reflecting our dedication to workplace safety and compliance.
